The 8th Edition of the ever growing SOFEX series is of particular significance to Paramount as it has collaborated with the King Abdullah II Design Bureau (KADDB), which is Jordan’s primary governmental military agency, to establish a production facility in Jordan for the manufacture of the world’s most advanced mine-protected vehicles. The vehicles are designed to offer the highest levels of protection for defence and peacekeeping operations. The KADDB is a state-of-the-art research and development facility and the move to produce Paramount’s Marauder, Matador and Maverick vehicles will enhance Jordan’s manufacturing capability in line with making the country a technological hub in the region for defence and commercial equipment.
The SOFEX exhibition brings together the world’s leading counter terrorism and homeland security manufacturers with high-ranking defence officials and government decision makers. It is a unique global gathering for showcasing the latest counter terrorism and homeland security solutions to combat security challenges.
